Infosys McCamish Systems Data Breach Settlement

On November 2, 2023, Infosys McCamish Systems discovered that some of its systems were encrypted by ransomware. Investigation determined that unauthorized activity occurred between October 29 and November 2, 2023, during which data was subject to unauthorized access and acquisition. The compromised personal information included names, Social Security numbers, addresses, financial account numbers, dates of birth, and many other sensitive details. Class representatives allege the defendant inadequately safeguarded this personal information and provided late or deficient breach notice. The defendant denies all claims of wrongdoing.
