What to write to us about

• Something on a page is wrong. Send the page link and what's incorrect. A wrong deadline or eligibility summary can cost someone a claim, so these get fixed first. See our corrections policy.
• A settlement is missing. Send the official settlement site and we'll look at adding it — and at whether the administrator running it should be monitored from now on.
• You're an administrator or class counsel. Correction and removal requests for a case you administer go to the same address.
• Press. Questions about the data or how it's produced are welcome.

What we can't help with

ClaimWatch is not a law firm and has no role in any settlement, so there are things we genuinely cannot do — and the settlement administrator can do all of them:

• Whether you personally qualify. Only the administrator applies the class definition. We summarize it; we don't decide it.
• The status of a claim you filed. We never see claims. Contact the administrator listed on the settlement's page with your claim number.
• Filing on your behalf. We don't do this for anyone. Filing is free and you do it yourself on the official settlement site.
• Legal advice. Whether to opt out, object, or accept a settlement is a legal decision. Talk to a lawyer.

Not sure a notice you got is genuine?

You don't need to email us to check. Our guide on telling a real settlement notice from a scam walks through it, and every settlement page here names the court-appointed administrator and the real domain claims are filed on. The short version: filing is always free, and nobody legitimate will ask you to pay to claim.
