Vi-Jon ESOP Settlement

GreatBanc Trust Company, as a fiduciary to the Vi-Jon Employee Stock Ownership Plan, allegedly caused the Plan to engage in a transaction prohibited by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). The lawsuit was filed in March 2022. The Brunner Defendants have settled this partial case and deny all claims and liability.
