Las Flores Pipeline System Settlement

Property owners with easement contracts or right-of-way grants sued Plains All American Pipeline, asserting that the easements for the Las Flores Pipeline System had terminated because the pipeline companies had failed to use, operate, and maintain the pipeline for many years.
