Lugo v. Inova Health Care Services Settlement

Inova Health Care Services allegedly collected and disclosed patients' Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) through third-party tracking technologies (tracking pixels) on its public-facing websites, in violation of the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).
