Wells Fargo Securities Action Settlement

Wells Fargo allegedly made false and misleading statements about its diversity hiring initiative, the Diverse Search Requirement. The company failed to disclose that it was conducting widespread "fake" or sham interviews of diverse candidates under this policy.
