GM Engine Litigation Settlement
General Motors sold 2011-2014 Chevrolet and GMC pickup trucks and SUVs with LC9 5.3-liter V8 engines that allegedly contain a defective piston assembly. The defect causes excessive engine wear, oil consumption, spark plug fouling, rough idling, check engine lights, and potential engine damage.
