Theranos & Walgreens Blood Testing Settlement
Theranos pitched a revolutionary blood testing technology that could perform hundreds of health tests with a single pinprick of blood. Theranos partnered with Walgreens to market and offer the product in select stores. Liquid Aluminum Sulfate Antitrust Settlement
Major manufacturers of liquid aluminum sulfate (Alum) allegedly engaged in a price-fixing conspiracy from 1997 through at least February 2011 to artificially inflate the price of this chemical used in municipal water treatment.
