Ithaca College Tuition Refund Settlement
Ithaca College switched to remote learning and services in mid-March 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students allege the college breached its contract by no longer providing in-person and on-campus educational services and access to campus facilities for which they had paid full tuition and fees. Ithaca denies liability and claims students received the contracted-for services.

Drexel COVID Settlement
Drexel University transitioned to remote learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic during the Spring 2020 term. A student, Joshua Deller, alleged that Drexel breached its contract or was unjustly enriched by this transition. Drexel denies all allegations of wrongdoing, but has agreed to pay $2,200,000 to resolve the matter.
