Acura owners claim that American Honda Motor Co. failed to disclose a defect in the HandsFreeLink hands-free calling system in 2004-2008 TL, 2005-2008 MDX, and 2007-2009 RDX vehicles, causing them out-of-pocket losses and other damages.
