Vi-Jon ESOP Settlement

GreatBanc Trust Company, as fiduciary of the Vi-Jon Employee Stock Ownership Plan, allegedly caused the Plan to engage in a transaction prohibited by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). This is a partial settlement with the Brunner Defendants (John G. Brunner, his Revocable Trust, and 12 affiliated family trusts), who deny all claims.
