$4,500 eachSettlement Class Members can be reimbursed for documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of the Data Incident, including unreimbursed bank fees, phone charges, postage, gasoline, internet usage charges, and costs of credit reports or fraud resolution services purchased between May 23, 2025 and April 21, 2026, up to a maximum of $4,500 per Settlement Class Member.
Alternative Cash Payment
$50 eachIn lieu of submitting a claim for documented out-of-pocket expense reimbursement, Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for an Alternative Cash Payment of $50.
Credit Monitoring
All Settlement Class Members can enroll in one year of three-bureau credit monitoring and identity theft protection services with at least $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.
Information Security Improvements
ANB&T will implement and maintain various security-related improvements for one year after final approval of the settlement, with costs paid by ANB&T separate from other settlement benefits.
