What happened
Amneal Pharmaceuticals and certain officers and directors allegedly violated the Securities Act of 1933 by making false and misleading statements and omissions in registration statements and prospectuses related to Amneal common stock issued in connection with the business combination of Legacy Amneal and Impax Laboratories. Amneal has settled for $25 million without admitting wrongdoing.

Anyone who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Class A common stock of Amneal issued in connection with the business combination between Legacy Amneal and Impax pursuant to or traceable to the Registration Statement between May 7, 2018 and May 5, 2021. Excluded are defendants, company officers/directors/affiliates, their families, and entities with controlling defendant interests.
