Byte Federal, Inc. experienced a targeted cyberattack on or about November 18, 2024, that accessed files containing personal information including names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, government-issued identification documents, transaction information, and photographs. Byte denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the merits of the case.
