What happened
DG3 North America, Inc. experienced a data breach in or around March 2024 that resulted in unauthorized access to or acquisition of settlement class members' private information. Plaintiffs allege negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act. The defendants deny all claims.
Do you qualify?
All persons residing in the United States whose private information was potentially compromised as a result of the data breach. Subclasses are divided into Group 1 (Social Security number compromised) and Group 2 (Social Security number not compromised).
How to file
The deadline to submit a claim form has passed as of January 27, 2026. Class members who submitted valid claims before the September 25, 2025 deadline have already been sent checks or digital payments, which are valid for 180 days.
