Do you qualify?

How to file
Eligible Class Members must submit a Proof of Claim Form by May 18, 2026 (postmarked or submitted online). The Claim Form is available on the website. If approved by the Court and after appeals are resolved, eligible claimants will receive a distribution from the settlement proceeds.
