Evolve Bank & Trust experienced unauthorized access to its information systems in February and May 2024, affecting personal banking customers and Evolve FinTechs customers. Private information including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account numbers, and contact information were included in files affected by the data incident. The defendant denies any wrongdoing.
Do you qualify?
All persons in the United States who provided private information to Evolve Bank & Trust, directly or indirectly, and whose private information was included in files affected by the data incident in February and May 2024. Excluded are board members, government entities, the court and its staff, and those who opt out.
How to file
Submit a claim form by October 30, 2025. You can choose a flat cash payment of approximately $20 or submit documentation for up to $3,000 in documented losses, plus one year of credit monitoring.
