Idaho National Laboratory experienced a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in December 2023. Files containing private information such as full names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and medical treatment and health insurance information were accessed. The defendant denies wrongdoing and the court has not decided the case; the parties settled to avoid litigation costs and risks.

How to file
