What happened

Landmark Admin, LLC and related insurance companies experienced a data security incident from May 13, 2024 to June 17, 2024, in which private information of certain individuals was potentially accessed, compromised, or impacted. The defendants deny all claims and allegations of wrongdoing.

The Settlement Class includes all persons in the United States (including territories and U.S. military installations worldwide) whose private information was potentially accessed or impacted as a result of the data security incident, including all persons who received notification letters about the incident. Excluded are defendants' officers and directors, entities they control, judges assigned to the case, and their families and staff.

How to file

Submit a Claim Form by December 26, 2025 (deadline has passed). Distribution of payments to valid claims began on May 8, 2026. If you elected to receive payment via paper check, allow up to 14 days for delivery.
