MedQ, Inc. experienced a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems on or about December 26, 2023, in which certain files containing private information were accessed. The compromised files may have contained personal information including names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, health information, diagnoses, lab results, medications, health insurance information, and treatment details. MedQ denies any wrongdoing.
