As part of the settlement, Mercedes-Benz is offering eligible owners and lessees $2,000 to incentivize installation of an Approved Emission Modification.
Do you qualify?
Current and former owners or lessees of Mercedes-Benz BlueTEC II diesel vehicles or Sprinter BlueTEC II diesel vehicles (Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner-branded) that were registered in the United States and had an Approved Emission Modification installed on or after August 1, 2023, or will have one installed by August 31, 2026.
How to file
Visit the settlement website at https://mbaemincentive.com/ and submit a valid claim by September 30, 2026. You must provide proof of owning or leasing an eligible vehicle and documentation of the Approved Emission Modification installation at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer.
