What happened
Unauthorized users allegedly gained access to Navvis' network between July 12-25, 2023, deployed ransomware, and obtained unauthorized access to files containing the private information of approximately 2.8 million individuals. Navvis and SSM deny any wrongdoing or liability.
Do you qualify?
All persons residing in the United States (including its territories) whose private information was compromised during the July 2023 incident. Excludes Navvis and SSM employees, opted-out class members, judges, and those guilty of initiating or aiding the incident.
