What happened

One Point HR Solutions experienced a data breach between July 3, 2023, and February 14, 2024, during which personal information of individuals was potentially compromised. The defendant has agreed to pay for notice, administrative expenses, and to implement security enhancements.

Do you qualify?

The Settlement Class includes all individuals residing in the United States whose personal information was potentially compromised as a result of the data breach, including all individuals who received notice of the incident.

What you can claim

• Credit Monitoring Services

  Two years of one-bureau credit monitoring and $1 million in identity theft protection insurance. Available to all Participating Settlement Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form.

• Ordinary Losses

  $400 each

  Reimbursement up to $400 per Participating Settlement Class Member for out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred as a result of the Data Incident, including unreimbursed fraud or identity theft losses, professional fees, credit freezing/unfreezing costs, credit monitoring costs, and miscellaneous expenses, upon submission of valid documented claims with third-party documentation.

• Lost Time

  $90 each

  Reimbursement up to 3 hours at $30 per hour (total $90) per Participating Settlement Class Member for time actually spent responding to issues raised by the Data Incident, subject to the $400 cap for Ordinary Losses.

• Extraordinary Losses

  $5,000 each

  Reimbursement up to $5,000 per Participating Settlement Class Member who was victim of actual fraud or identity theft for documented, unreimbursed monetary losses from fraud or identity theft more likely than not caused by the Data Incident, with third-party documentation and proof of reasonable efforts to avoid or seek reimbursement.

• Alternative Cash Payment

  $65 each

  Flat cash payment of $65 per Settlement Class Member in lieu of claiming Ordinary Losses, Lost Time, or Extraordinary Losses. No documentation required. Participating Settlement Class Members can claim this and Credit Monitoring Services together.

• Information Security Enhancements

  Defendant will provide a confidential declaration describing information security enhancements implemented since the Data Incident, with costs paid by Defendant separate from other Settlement benefits.

How to file

Submit a Claim Form online or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked by July 29, 2026. This is the only way to receive settlement benefits.
