Do you qualify?
All living individuals residing in the United States who received notice of the data incident indicating their private information was impacted. A California Settlement Subclass includes settlement class members who were residing in California on December 29, 2023.
How to file
Submit a timely Claim Form by December 29, 2025. You can claim documented losses up to $5,000 with supporting documentation, or receive an alternate cash payment of $100 without documentation. California residents are also eligible for an additional $100 statutory award. Credit monitoring for two years is also available.
