Ordinary Out-of-Pocket Loss Reimbursement
$500 eachReimbursement for unreimbursed costs or expenditures incurred by a Settlement Class Member in responding to notice of the Data Incident between February 7, 2023 and the Claims Deadline as a result of the Data Incident. Requires documentation.
Extraordinary Out-of-Pocket Loss Reimbursement
$2,500 eachReimbursement for proven monetary losses more likely than not caused by the Data Incident that are not covered by normal reimbursement categories, resulting from identity theft, fraud, falsified tax returns, or other misuse of personal information. Requires documentation and reasonable efforts to obtain reimbursement from other sources.
Attested Time Reimbursement
Reimbursement for up to 5 hours of time spent remedying issues related to identity theft, identity fraud, falsified tax returns, or misuse of personal information at $30 per hour, only if at least 1 full hour was spent. Requires attestation and brief description of actions taken. Included in the $2,500 Extraordinary Loss cap.
