Do you qualify?
All living individuals residing in the United States who were sent a notice of the data incident by the State of Rhode Island indicating their private information may have been impacted. Excluded are directors, officers, and agents of Deloitte, governmental entities, the judge and court staff, and those who opt out.
How to file
