Do you qualify?
All living individuals residing in the United States who were sent a notice of the data incident by the State of Rhode Island indicating their private information may have been impacted. Excluded are directors, officers, and agents of Deloitte, governmental entities, the judge and court staff, and those who opt out.
How to file
Submit a Claim Form online or mail a completed paper Claim Form postmarked no later than January 14, 2026. You can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses with proof, or elect a $100 alternate payment without proof. You may also claim two years of medical data monitoring.
