Multiple pharmaceutical manufacturers sold blood pressure medications (Valsartan, Losartan, and Irbesartan) that allegedly contained contamination with probable human carcinogens including N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), nitrosamine impurities, and NMBA. The defendants have denied wrongdoing and denied that the contamination amounts were carcinogenic.
Do you qualify?
Individuals in the United States who paid for retail purchases of the affected medications. For Hetero Valsartan: purchased between May 1, 2018 and July 31, 2018. For Aurobindo Irbesartan: purchased from January 1, 2016 to present. For Vivimed Losartan: purchased with specific National Drug Codes.
