South Texas Oncology and Hematology experienced a cybersecurity incident on or about February 15, 2024, in which private information such as names, Social Security numbers, and private health information may have been accessed and/or acquired by an unauthorized party. The defendant has agreed to settle the resulting class action lawsuit.
