Watson Clinic discovered a data security incident in February 2024 where an unauthorized third party gained access to patient information including names, addresses, birthdates, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account information, and medical information. For certain individuals, the unauthorized party published digital images on the dark web. Watson Clinic denies any wrongdoing and denies liability.
