USAA Late Fee Litigation Settlement

USAA charged late fees to Maryland insurance policyholders and later refunded the principal amount of those fees following a Maryland Insurance Commissioner market conduct examination. However, policyholders did not receive accrued interest and gains that USAA made on the late fees. Plaintiffs allege they should have received these additional amounts. USAA denies wrongdoing.
