Realogy TCPA Settlement

Coldwell Banker-affiliated real estate agents associated with Realogy Holdings Corp. allegedly violated the TCPA by calling people on the National Do Not Call Registry to solicit real estate business and by using prerecorded messages. Realogy denies any wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the case. A $20 million settlement has been proposed to resolve the lawsuit.
