What happened
Coldwell Banker-affiliated real estate agents associated with Realogy Holdings Corp. allegedly violated the TCPA by calling people on the National Do Not Call Registry to solicit real estate business and by using prerecorded messages. Realogy denies any wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the case. A $20 million settlement has been proposed to resolve the lawsuit.
Do you qualify?
Anyone who received calls made on behalf of Coldwell Banker-affiliated real estate agents between June 11, 2015 and December 3, 2020 while their number was on the National Do Not Call Registry or received prerecorded messages from these agents.
How to file
The deadline to file a claim passed on July 3, 2025. Class members could no longer submit new claims after this date.
