Starling v. Farmers Insurance Exchange TCPA Settlement
Insurance agents Todd Henderson Insurance Agency, Inc. and/or R. Todd Henderson marketing Farmers insurance allegedly violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act by calling or texting phone numbers registered on the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Farmers and related defendants will pay $2.875 million to settle the class action without admitting wrongdoing.

Aidvantage, a student loan servicer, placed artificial or prerecorded voice calls to cellular telephones of people who did not have accounts with Aidvantage. These calls were made from February 12, 2021 through September 26, 2025, and allegedly violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The company is paying $3,000,000 to settle TCPA-related claims.
Biddle v. Disney Class Action Settlement
Disney allegedly violated federal antitrust law and various state antitrust and consumer-protection laws by engaging in conduct to raise prices of Streaming Live Pay Television, causing damages to settlement class members. Disney denies any wrongdoing but has agreed to settle.
