Athena Bitcoin, Inc. sent telemarketing text messages to people who had requested that those messages stop. Class representative Keon Jackson alleged the company continued sending text messages despite receiving "stop" requests from consumers.
Do you qualify?
You were a residential telephone subscriber between August 20, 2020 and August 20, 2024, sent the message "stop" to Athena, and received at least two text messages from Athena more than 30 days after sending that stop request.
