Do you qualify?

Anyone who received more than one marketing text message from Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., between January 21, 2021, and August 20, 2025, within any 12-month period after they communicated that they did not wish to receive text messages by replying with a "stop" or similar opt-out instruction.

How to file

Submit a valid Claim Form by February 12, 2026, indicating the qualifying text messages you received. Settlement Class Members will receive up to $75.00 per Qualifying Text Message, and may only submit one Claim Form covering all qualifying messages to any of their telephone numbers. The deadline to file a claim has already passed.
