Cline v. Sunoco Oil & Gas Production Payment Settlement

Sunoco allegedly violated Oklahoma's Production Revenue Standards Act by failing to pay statutory interest on late production payments from oil wells. The company was required to pay 6% or 12% interest depending on the cause of delay, but allegedly only paid interest when owners demanded it. Sunoco denied any wrongdoing.
