Do you qualify?
Anyone who received late payments from Defendants for oil proceeds from Oklahoma wells on or after July 7, 2012, and has not already been paid statutory interest. Excluded are U.S. and Oklahoma government agencies, publicly traded oil and gas companies and affiliates, and others prohibited by professional conduct rules.
