Release incidents occurred at the Limetree Bay Refinery from February to May 2021. Plaintiffs alleged that certain defendants caused harm to surrounding property owners and residents through these incidents. The settling defendants deny violating any law but agreed to settle to avoid continued litigation expenses.
Do you qualify?
You qualify if you owned or rented property in the Affected Geographic Area on or after February 3, 2021, or if you resided in, worked in, owned or operated a business in, or were present in the Affected Geographic Area from February 3, 2021 to May 26, 2021.
