Krud Kutter "Non-Toxic" and "Earth Friendly" Products Settlement
Rust-Oleum Corporation allegedly labeled Krud Kutter brand products as "Non-Toxic" and "Earth Friendly" when they may actually cause harm to humans, animals, and/or the environment. Settlement class members claim they paid a price premium for these products based on the false labels.
