Do you qualify?
Anyone who was sent a notice of the data breach on or around December 18, 2023, informing them that their personal information may have been compromised in the October 2023 Comcast data breach.
How to file
Submit a Claim Form online or by mail postmarked no later than September 14, 2026. You can request reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses and/or lost time, or receive an alternative cash payment. All Settlement Class Members automatically receive an enrollment code for Identity Defense Services and Restoration Services.
