PRC-Saltillo Data Breach Settlement

PRC-Saltillo experienced a targeted cyberattack on its computer systems in August 2024 in which files containing sensitive information were accessed. The accessed information may have included names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, treatment cost information, physician information, health insurance policy numbers, Medicare/Medicaid plan names, medical devices purchased, and certain employee Social Security numbers. PRC denies any wrongdoing.
