Summerville PFAS Water Contamination Class Action Settlement

Summerville's drinking water supply was contaminated with Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS). Pulcra Chemicals, LLC and other defendants have agreed to establish a Temporary Drinking Water Fund with $1 million to provide clean drinking water remedies to affected water users.
