Anyone who used and paid for water provided by the City of Summerville, Georgia during January 2020 through January 23, 2025 (for Pulcra settlement) or through March 5, 2025 (for Huntsman and Mount Vernon Mills/Trion settlements).

Complete a Temporary Drinking Water Election Form online or print and mail/email it to settle@summervilleclasssettlement.com or Summerville Class Action Settlement, 501 Riverchase Parkway East, Suite 100, Hoover, Alabama 35244. You must be a current Summerville water customer and choose either bottled water delivery or water filter installation. The deadline for submitting Election Forms was August 31, 2025 (PASSED).
