You are a Settlement Class Member if you were a 23andMe customer between May 1, 2023 and October 1, 2023, resided in the U.S. during that time, and received notice from 23andMe that your personal information was compromised.
How to file
You must submit a Claim Form to receive a cash payment and other benefits from the settlement. The deadline to submit a Claim Form was February 17, 2026 (this deadline has passed).
