How to file
You do not need to do anything to participate and receive an Individual Class Payment and Individual PAGA Payment. If you worked for the defendants during the class period, you are automatically eligible. You can opt-out of the Class Settlement by July 14, 2025 by submitting a Request for Exclusion to the Administrator, though you cannot opt-out of the PAGA portion.
