All individuals who received actual or constructive notice from Apria that their information may have been compromised as a result of the illegal hacking events and/or unauthorized access to or disclosure of protected information. Excluded are judges, court staff and their families, the defendant, and those who submit a valid exclusion request by September 22, 2025.
