ASM Global detected a data security incident on October 12, 2023, affecting unauthorized activity on certain on-premises servers. Cybercriminals allegedly gained access to personal information including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, and credit/debit card information with CVV codes, as well as medical diagnosis and treatment information. Out-of-Pocket Expense Reimbursement
$10,000 eachSettlement Class Members who have suffered a proven monetary loss can be reimbursed for expenses incurred as a result of the Data Security Incident, up to $10,000 per person, subject to potential pro rata decrease based on total claims.
Pro Rata Cash Payment
Any remaining settlement funds will be distributed as residual pro rata cash payments to Settlement Class Members who submit a valid claim. California residents receive two shares while non-California residents receive one share.
