What happened
BJC HealthCare allegedly maintained web properties that caused unauthorized transmission of personally identifiable patient data and protected health information to third parties including Facebook, Google, SiteScout, Invoca, and TradeDesk without patient knowledge or consent. The data was collected from patients who used BJC's MyChart patient portal between June 2017 and August 2022.

All individuals who used BJC's MyChart patient portal between June 2017 and August 2022. Excluded are BJC and its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and judges presiding over the case.
