In October 2023, Cascade Surgicenter and Neuromusculoskeletal Center of the Cascades experienced a targeted cyberattack that compromised their computer systems. Certain files containing personal information—including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, financial account details, credit card information, medical records, and health insurance information—were accessed. The defendants deny wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the merits of the case.
