Attested Time Compensation
$80 eachCash reimbursement for up to four hours of undocumented time spent dealing with fraud, identity theft, or protecting oneself from future harm fairly traceable to the Data Incident, paid at $20 per hour.
Alternative Cash Benefit
A pro rata equal share payment from the Net Settlement Fund after payment of valid claims for Documented Monetary Losses, Attested Time, Attorneys' Fees and Expenses, Service Awards, and Administration Costs.
Identity Theft and Fraud Monitoring Services
Four years of identity theft and fraud monitoring services provided to each Settlement Class Member without the need to file a Claim Form, paid by CAMC in addition to the Settlement Fund.
